The participants of this proposal carry out a convincing analysis of the problem in overcrowded cities like Dhaka and find a specific solution by focusing on still undeveloped but with great spatial potential roofs. Design is flexible and simple yet affordable as well as universal in terms of the location of the installment.

FLOATING CARNIVAL
The greatest advantage of this project is the reference to the traditions and disappearing customs of a given place. The proposal takes advantage of the character of the activity, automatically forcing social distancing while providing attractions for the city’s inhabitants and maintaining Bangladeshi unique way of daily activities like shopping.
